Raquel A., Jessica and Raquel R. all live in the same home under the financial support of Raquel R.’s husband. To help him, they decided to go into business together. Raquel A., with 12 years of retail experience decided to open her own business and partner with the other two.

Serving Jessica’s boutique, a women’s clothing and accessories store in El Paso, Texas, the three ladies knew with the growth of their business, they needed to obtain working capital.

When Raquel A. ventured to community partner, Project Vida, where she regularly attends monthly business seminars, she was referred to nonprofit microlender LiftFund

The loan will provide the girls with funds to purchase accessories and clothes for the, almost-two-year-old, business located in a busy part of town.
